A 'Financial Hippocratic Oath' holds the following five principles:
1. To always put clients' best interests first
2. To avoid conflicts of interest
3. To act with prudence; that is, with the skill, care, diligence, and good judgement of a professional
4. To not mislead, but provide conspicuous, full and fair disclosure of all important facts
